Program Tuition & Fees

The lower cost of tuition and fees reflects the goal of the
Applied Scholars Accelerated Program.

To help budget the cost, we provide two easy payments options.

We believe that ministry education should be accessible and affordable.

We also believe that whenever God leads us to do anything, He has already factored in all the resources necessary. The key to unlocking those resources is obedience:  uncomplicated, unwavering obedience (I Samuel 15:22).

Program Cost

  • No Application Fee.
  • A $125 Initial Enrollment Fee (nonrefundable) is required to start.
  • Tuition is $99 per credit at all levels.
  • Total tuition cost is $99 x 30 credits = $2,970 per program.
  • Textbooks are extra, but costs are kept to a minimum.
  • Two personal graduation options fees range from $250 to $350.

Program Payment Plans

  • The standard payment plan is $123.75 due the 21st of the month over a registration period of 24 months.
  • Anytime after the first monthly payment, students may pay the balance and receive a 10% tuition discount.
  • The optional full pay plan offers a 20% discount if paid at the time of enrollment resulting in a $594 tuition savings.

Program Timeline

While the program is actually designed to be completed in 18 months, the official registration is for 24 months.  The additional six months are there to provide a cushion  in the event that unforeseen circumstances may require additional time.


After 24 months, a three month extension may be requested, but requires the payment of a $375 non-refundable extension fee.

Withdrawal & Refunds

Program withdrawals must be made using the Student Contact Form.


For students paying monthly, there are no refunds.


For students paying in full, from the date of enrollment:

  • 1-2 Weeks 90%
  • 3-4 Weeks 70%
  • 5-6 Weeks 50%
  • 7-8 Weeks 30%
  • After the 8th week 0%
